Summary of lab's interests
The Theoretical Physics of condensed Matter Lab is a a large unit grouping physicists with interests ranging from quantum physics to biology.
Summary of project
As a matter of fact, proteins in cells evolved in close interaction with each others. The result of this history is that the functional units in a cell are macromolecular complexes rather than single molecules. Those complexes compare to polymorphic and modular nano-machines. The goal of our team goal is to model those machines in silico using software and algorithms from computer science, physics and robotics.
